Applications are now open for the 2026 AAPI Festival!
Vendors and Exhibitors are welcome to apply until May 8. We are also accepting applications for demonstrations/interactive elements like games, dances, and crafts until April 24.
Applications for the Parade of Cultures are open until the day before the festival.
The Performance Application is Closed. We are accepting no further applications.

This application is for any vendors, exhibitors, and food vendors (including both food trucks and cottage food vendors).
2026 Demonstration Application
Due Friday, May 1
Demonstrations will consist of short (5 - 10 minute) demonstrations of an art form, dance, or other activity, as well as a small number of extended activities (table games or crafts). Those who are performing on the Chrysalis stage may not participate in demonstrations.
2026 Parade of Cultures Application
Everyone interested in participating in the Parade of Cultures should complete the form. This includes those who may be performing on the stage later or will have a table in the park. Having a full list ensures that we can share details and can staff the parade with enough volunteers.
