Join Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, the Office of Human Rights & Equity, La Alianza Latina Commission and Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods as we celebrate the diverse and vibrant cultures of Latino and Hispanic heritage at the 2026 Hispanic Heritage Month Festival!

Performer Application

Please submit your application by September 14.

Applications which provide complete proposals with pieces and music selections are more likely to be selected.

Performers will be given shared community guidelines for backstage and onstage flow, and the opportunity to participate in other events throughout the event.
